Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to provide life-changing care in patients' homes, administering specialty medications (including IV therapy) with autonomy and clinical judgment.

You will collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes, document progress, and coordinate care as the primary contact. A valid RN license and relevant experience are required for this field-based, per diem opportunity in Des Moines, IA.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting.
• Valid drivers license required.
