Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver patient care in homes. You will administer IV medications, coordinate with pharmacists and care teams, and document progress to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, 1 year in critical/acute/home health, IV infusion skills, and a willingness to travel the region. A 40-hour week with possible evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.

• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,200 - 132,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
