Job summary

Accredo is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse in Madison, WI. You will deliver in-home administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) and build trusted relationships to support safe, effective patient care.

As a critical member of the care team, you will collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians, document assessments and progress, and coordinate care while exercising professional autonomy to achieve optimal outcomes for diverse patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.

About This Role

As a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, you will provide life-changing care to patients in their homes, focusing on the administration of specialty medications and fostering meaningful relationships to drive positive health outcomes.

Highlights

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements

Education:

• Active RN license in the state of practice

Experience:

• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region
