Accredo, a division of Cigna, is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to deliver patient care in home settings, focusing on safe administration of specialty medications and building strong patient relationships.

Based in Staten Island, NY, this full-time role involves IV infusion, collaboration with care teams, and thorough documentation to support positive health outcomes. Evening and weekend flexibility required.

Formación

• Active RN license in NY.
• Minimum 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health.
• 2+ years RN experience in hospital or home health setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.

About This Role

As a Home Infusion Nurse with Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, you will deliver life-changing care to patients in their homes, focusing on safe administration of specialty medications and fostering meaningful relationships to drive positive health outcomes.

Highlights

• Pay: $79,200 - $132,000 USD/year
• Location: Staten Island, NY

• Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek including evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements

Education:
