Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight customers with consistent, delicious food.
• Engage in positive and proactive selling.
• Keep cases and shelves clean and well-stocked for a fresh display.
• Check product quality to meet WFM standards.
• Monitor spoilage and minimize waste.
• Assist with sampling program and keep areas appealing.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Share market condition information with customers.
• Complete temperature, sanitation, and sweep logs.
• Be punctual, prepared, and ready to work for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales through proper merchandising and storage practices.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work and shopping environment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
