Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight customers with delicious food and proactive selling.
• Keep cases and shelves clean and well-stocked for a fresh display.
• Check product quality and ensure standards are met.
• Monitor spoilage and reduce waste to protect department costs.
• Assist with sampling program and keep sample areas clean and appealing.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Communicate market information to customers.
• Ensure temperature, sanitation and logs are completed; attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures and perform duties as assigned.
