Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Bound Brook, NJ is seeking a Team Member to support the Specialty team by receiving and preparing product, maintaining the floor and displays, and assisting customers.

You will provide courteous, friendly service, stock shelves, and uphold health and safety standards while working a flexible, on-site schedule. No prior retail experience is required, and the wage range is $17.00 to $25.40 per hour, with Whole Benefits available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Surprises and delights customers with consistent and delicious food.
• Engages in positive and proactive selling.
• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
• Monitors product quality to meet WFM standards.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full and clean.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Provides excellent customer service and responds to customer needs promptly.
• Ensures safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
