Expect to assist with samples, stock back rooms, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales goals. No prior retail experience is required, and the role offers opportunities to learn product knowledge, quality checks, and SOP adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Surprises and delights customers with consistent and delicious food.
• Engages in positive and proactive selling.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well-stocked for appealing displays.
• Checks product quality to meet standards.
• Monitors spoilage and minimizes waste.
• Assists with sampling and maintains sample areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Communicates market conditions to customers.
• Ensures logs for temperature, sanitation, and sweep are completed.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Promotes safety and adheres to procedures.
