Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV seeks a Specialty Room Server to deliver high-quality food and beverage service in a specialty dining venue. You will demonstrate product knowledge, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure guest satisfaction through professional, attentive service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, inputting into POS, presenting menus, and maintaining cleanliness while supporting team members.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the companys guest service culture.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, daily specials, and beverage offerings, including beer, wine, and spirits.
• Present menus and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS system using Universal Seating guidelines.
• Serve food and drinks according to standards, and process payments following accounting procedures.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction; communicate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Support team members with food running, side work, and drink service as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
