Job summary

The Adecco Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a SAP TRM consultant to gather business requirements, design and implement SAP TRM modules, and manage full project lifecycle from fit-gap to deployment and hyper-care.

You will collaborate with system integrators, integrate with trading platforms and external vendors, and guide data conversions, interfaces and reports while aligning with best practices and architecture discussions. Travel across the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Five years of work experience in SAP TRM or related modules.
• Experience integrating treasury with FICO, SWIFT and external platforms.

Responsibilities

About the role

Job Description Summary:

Work with System Integrators to gather, analyze and understand business requirements to design and implement SAP TRM solutions. Participate in the full project lifecycle, from fit-gap analysis to configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support. Configure and customize SAP TRM modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Work with System Integrators to include Enhancements, interfaces, Reports, Data conversions and workflows. Identify and manage dependencies with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TRM with external systems like our Trading Platform and External Vendors ensuring seamless data flow. Implement Treasury functionality (TRM- Debt, Money Market), offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations by participating in technical architecture discussions around business capability, technical functionality and integration. Leverage Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques to deliver. Align technical team capacity with business priority, user feedback, and technical feasibility. Identify and Mitigate Risks and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs. Conduct and support testing on SAP platform – Functional, Security, Integration, User Acceptance. Work with cross-functional teams to prepare and stage production builds and verify production releases meet technical and business expectation. Support PDO Release Management Activities - Cutover, data profiling, extraction, cleansing activities and Launch. Reports to company headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Roving employee- will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field of study and five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience in the following: Configuring SAP TRM or any other SAP Module; FICO Functional and Configuration; Agile development; Functional and Technical Specs; Building and managing in integrating SAP Treasury with core FICO, SWIFT, host-to-host banking platforms, and third-party Trading Platforms and systems; Translating treasury business requirements into robust, audit-ready SAP configurations; Utilizing SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, ServiceNow, HP ALM, Trading Platforms like Wall Street Suite and Murex to streamline project workflows; Languages: SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA; and Middleware: SAP PI, MBC, API, GCP and IDOC/ALE.

Salary offered for the position is: $171,600.00 - $176,600.00/year.

4800 Deerwood Campus Pkwy, Bldg. 800, Jacksonville, FL 32246. Reports to company headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Roving employee- will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S for up to 100% of the time.
