Job summary

Plum Dental Group in Rhode Island is seeking a Specialty Dental Assistant Floater for full-time or part-time coverage. Youll support our specialists, prepare operatories, assist with a wide range of procedures, and provide seamless coverage across the team.

The role requires at least 12 months of dental assisting experience or a Certified Dental Assistant credential, and a minimum three days per week schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of computer programs.
• Radiology certification.
• Experience with general and specialty dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the performance of routine and more complicated surgical procedures.
• Update and maintain patient dental records.
• Ensure operatories are stocked with necessary tools.
• Sterilize dental instruments and tools.
• Maintain a surgically clean work environment to prevent infection.

Offering a Sign-On Bonus for a Skilled Specialty Dental Assistant to Join Our Team!

We are seeking afull-time or part-time Specialty Dental Assistant Floater to support our specialists. In this role, you’ll work alongside a variety of general and specialty providers, delivering exceptional clinical support and flexible coverage where needed.

This position requires a minimum schedule of three days a week.

Full Time Assistant Pay starts at $26/hour**
Part Time Assistant Pay starts at $23/hour**
**Compensation floors are based on candidate having at least 12 months of Dental Assisting experience, OR, being a Certified Dental Assistant
