Job summary

Plum Dental is seeking a skilled Specialty Dental Assistant Floater to support our team of general and specialty providers. The role offers full-time or part-time options with coverage at least three days per week, and includes a sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

You will assist in oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics, prep operatories, support dentists and specialists, and help maintain a clean, infection-free environment. We value patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Oral Surgery Dental Assistant.
• Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments.
• CPR/First Aid certified.
• Radiology certified.
• ALS certified.
• DAANCE certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the performance of both routine and more complicated surgical procedures.
• Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records.
• Ensure all operatories are equipped with the necessary tools.
• Sterilize dental instruments and tools.
• Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment.

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Specialty Dental Assistant Floater to support our specialists. In this role, you'll work alongside a variety of general and specialty providers, delivering exceptional clinical support and flexible coverage where needed.

This position requires a minimum schedule of three days a week.

Full Time Assistant Pay starts at $26/hour**
Part Time Assistant Pay starts at $23/hour**
**Compensation floors are based on candidate having at least 12 months of Dental Assisting experience, OR, being a Certified Dental Assistant
