Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Associate's degree in the education field.
• EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: At least 2 years of experience working with high-risk or high-needs population, including individuals with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, or multiple barriers to success.
• Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE
• Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional relevant work experience will substitute for the degree on ayear-for-year basis.
• SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Specialty Court participants, conducting screenings, intakes, orientations, individualized case planning, and ongoing case management.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with community agencies to secure participant access to treatment, housing, education, vocational training, and other resources.
• Serve as a liaison among judges, attorneys, court staff, treatment providers, and community partners to coordinate services and support participant success.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the case management system, ensuring documentation, reports, and files meet program and compliance standards.
• Some overnight travel is required.
• Other duties as assigned.
