Qualifications

• Must perform consistently at a high level as Specialty Cook.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and mentors team members.
• Cuts and trims meat into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts.
• Knowledge of dry aging meat according to standards.
• Prepares foods per company standards and recipes.
• Ensures plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to specifications.
• Demonstrates knife skills and overall cooking skills with company equipment.
• Operates specialty equipment (grills, woks, ovens, pastry equipment) per standards.
• Produces diverse dishes per outlet offerings.
• Keeps workstation neat and clean.
• Assists coworkers for efficient kitchen operation.
• Maintains sanitation per Food Safety rules and HRCNIN standards.
