Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana, LLC is seeking a kitchen cook responsible for preparing menu items to the highest standards within a fast-paced casino environment. You will ensure aesthetically appealing plates, manage your work area, and assist teammates to keep service on track.

The role requires flexibility for varying shifts, adherence to safety and sanitation rules, and readiness to participate in special events and meetings as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Culinary apprenticeship or an associate degree preferred.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses per Indiana Gaming Commission.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per menu/recipes and ensure plate quality.
• Keep workstation clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
