Job description

Join a highly specialized compounding pharmacy focused on delivering bespoke pharmaceutical preparations tailored to individual patient needs. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a dedicated Part-Time Fulfillment Staff Pharmacist who thrives in a high-standards, patient-centered environment.

In this role, you ll oversee fulfillment operations during your shift, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality in compounded prescriptions. Your presence will be essential to ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety strong attendance and reliability are critical for success in this position.

Assignment Details:

  • 13-week contract with potential to hire

  • Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pharmacy staff and fulfillment operations during shift

  • Assist with shipping and processing of all prescription orders

  • Ensure accuracy in preparation and documentation of compounded products

  • Review patient medication profiles and develop therapeutic care plans

  • Counsel patients on both prescription and OTC medications, as well as supplements

  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and pharmacy protocols

Requirements:

  • Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license

  • Recent retail pharmacy experience

  • Experience in non-sterile or sterile compounding required

  • Strong attention to detail and patient care

  • Excellent attendance and communication skills
