Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with welcoming, consistent service and encourage repeat visits
• Prepare drinks using a world-class coffee program and maintain quality
• Complete training to ensure food safety and product freshness
• Manage par levels and reduce waste during peak and off-peak times
• Maintain health standards and adhere to store policies
• Support marketing and operations initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales
