• Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and optimizes pharmacotherapy.
• Develops and delivers drug information and education to team and patients.
• Precepts pharmacists, students, and residents; supports residency projects.
• Creates protocols, formulary reviews, and order sets as part of clinical care program.
