Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a Specialty Clinical Coordinator RN to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process. The coordinator will manage service coordination for the assigned area and serve as a resource for the primary nurse and teammates.

The role requires an active Arkansas RN license, a minimum of two years’ experience, CPR (and ACLS/PALS/NALS where needed).

Qualifications

• RN with an active and unrestricted license in Arkansas.
• Minimum of two years experience.
• Healthcare CPR required. ACLS/PALS/NALS training may be required in some areas.
• Specialty units require specialty education.

This role demands demonstration of clinical competence and critical thinking. The Coordinator manages service coordination for their assigned area and acts as a resource for the primary nurse and other team members.

This job will be authorized72.00 hours bi-weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• RN with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Arkansas.
• Minimum of two years experience.
• Healthcare CPR required. Some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS (training provided).
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
