Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and Baptist Health training. The nurse will coordinate services for the assigned area and serve as a resource for the primary nurse and other team members.

Candidates must be in good standing as a registered nurse in Arkansas, CPR required, and training for AC LS, PALS and/or NALS may be needed depending on unit.

Qualifications

• A registered nurse in good standing in Arkansas.
• CPR required; AC LS, PALS and/or NALS training provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
• Minimum of two years experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
• Coordinate services for the assigned area and act as a resource person for the primary nurse and other team members.
