CommonSpirit Health is seeking an experienced RN leader to serve as Specialty Clinic RN within the Pain Clinic of the St. Joseph Medical Group. You will guide a clinical team of nurses and aides, uphold regulatory standards, and advocate for staff and patients while managing staffing and fiscal health.
You will lead through tough conversations, educate staff, and translate clinical insights into practical strategies that elevate patient outcomes and experiences across the clinic setting.

This RN position will support our Pain Clinic within our St. Joseph Medical Group.
Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.
