Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1–3 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve sales goals and customer service.
• Provide training on department standards and policies.
• Oversee daily tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate with team, merchandisers, and corporate partners for alignment.
• Manage inventory, stock, ordering, rotation, and shrink.
• Create and manage bi-weekly staff schedules.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to guide customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and service quality.
