Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus at least 1 year of related experience.
• Must have 1 year cage, banking and/or cashiering experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Demonstrate meticulous, organized and accurate work habits.
• Maintain extreme confidentiality at all times.
• Familiar with computer systems and applications.
• Willing to work varying shifts and schedules.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to analyze impact of solutions on overall operation.

Responsibilities

• Opens check-cashing cards and performs credit inquiries as needed.
• Cashes checks, cashier checks, coins and vouchers for guests and team members.
• Handles large cash amounts and reconciles funds daily.
• Exchanges foreign currency and tokens for customers.
• Maintains accountability over cashier drawer and impress bank.
• Performs duties confidentially and securely.
• Balances and issues impress bank to Floor Attendants and team members.
• Enters guest transactions into the computer system accurately.
• Prepares paperwork and balance sheets per policy and procedures.
• Transfers cash and checks between cages and departments.
• Participates in daily cage reconciliation and adheres to Title 31 procedures.
• Adheres to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Notifies managers or Ethics Hotline of concerns.
• Attends meetings and completes follow-up tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
