Responsibilities include conducting personalized makeup services, managing a client portfolio, and supporting in-store events while upholding store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a growing guest list.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and product demos.
• Participate in brand trainings and in-store events to drive MAC sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to policies and dress code.
