Role: Specialty Account Manager - Rare Disease
What You Will Do

Represent UPLIZNA to physicians and healthcare professionals, establish product sales, and perform territory account management. Develop a comprehensive territory business plan, promote UPLIZNA ethically, address access and reimbursement issues, build strong customer relationships, and drive product demand through education.

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Promote UPLIZNA ethically within approved labeling.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on access, pull-through, and reimbursement issues.
  • Build customer relationships by understanding their needs and goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communicate territory activities timely and accurately.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on disease state and product info.
  • Provide feedback to leadership about environment and results.
  • Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with patient services and market access teams.
  • Support full range of account needs and educate on site of care options.
  • Attend medical congresses and meetings as needed.
  • Manage promotional and operational budgets.
  • Use resources effectively to achieve goals.
  • Complete all training and administrative duties accurately.
  • Contribute as a team member and perform other tasks as requested.
What We Expect Of You

A motivated professional with a Doctorate (with 2+ years experience), Master's (6+ years), Bachelor's (8+ years), or Associate's (10+ years) in account management, sales, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Buy-and-bill or biologic/infusion experience.
  • Sales experience in Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, or rare diseases.
  • Experience with site of care, reimbursement, institutions, or integrated delivery networks.
  • Pharma account management skills and ability to coordinate teams.
  • Travel readiness (~80%).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal, communication skills.
