American Express Global Business Travel is hiring for a Specialized Travel Counselor- Entertainment Lead. This remote role supports the Entertainment Hub, delivering white-glove travel service from home in a 24/7 environment, including weekends.

You will handle frontline ticketing across air, hotel, rail, and ground, resolve disruptions, and coach teammates. Requires 5+ years in travel consulting, proficiency with Sabre/Amadeus, and strong written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Travel Consultant and Customer Service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of global points of sale, and international routings.
• Proficiency in Native GDS (Sabre or Amadeus) and O365 products.
• Professional communication and high attention to detail.
• Resolves customer issues quickly and independently.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced, evolving environments and proactive follow through.

Responsibilities
