Position Description
We seek a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist experienced in working with clients affected by narcissistic abuse and chronic shame, especially adult children of emotionally immature parents. The role involves providing individual therapy, supporting clients' healing, and collaborating within a dynamic team.

Compensation Plan
Includes a percentage of collected fees, eligibility for raises after maintaining a caseload of 18 sessions/week for 12 weeks, and a monthly self-care stipend of $100.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s or Doctoral in a related field and active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent).
Experience: At least 3 years working with trauma, narcissistic abuse, emotional immaturity, and diverse client backgrounds. Skills in assessment, empathy, crisis management, and communication are essential.
Personal Qualities: Compassion, organization, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing growth.
