What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications.
- Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs, specializing in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.
- Participate in an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan, to prepare for remote support roles.
- Utilize technical experience and listening skills to effectively resolve vehicle repair issues.
- Benefit from ongoing resources and guidance from senior consultants and approachable leaders.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
- Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
- Valid driver's license.
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Typing skills.
