Job summary
Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians for a work-from-home role supporting a domestic OEM brand. Initial on-site training is in Saginaw, Michigan, with hours Monday–Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, from a home office in Georgia.
You will assist field techs via phone, chat and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems, and gaining access to the latest data and repair strategies while enjoying professional growth within the Morley team.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
- Two ASE certifications (or you can obtain them within six months with Morley reimbursement).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.).
- Must be Georgia resident and able to work from home with initial on-site training in Michigan; schedule Mon-Fri 11am-8pm ET.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Shifts Monday-Friday 11am-8pm ET; no weekends.

- Able to use electronic service manuals
- Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent

- One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Able to work shifts during these hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time
- No weekends!
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
- Electric vehicle (EV) experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Typing skills
- Georgia resident
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
- Required internet setup:
- High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
- Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
- Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
