- Utilize technical experience and listening skills to assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications
- Provide expert assistance on automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems for domestic vehicle repairs
- Participate in an initial training program to effectively support field technicians from your home office
- Benefit from continuous support and resources, including guidance from fellow consultants and approachable leaders
- Adhere to a reliable schedule, as some queues are time-sensitive

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within six months of hire with reimbursement)
- Valid driver's license
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles such as call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, or hotel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Typing skills
- Strong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain, and/or infotainment systems
- Ability to use electronic service manuals
