Job Overview

This position is targeted towards Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. The role involves supporting automotive technical troubleshooting remotely, leveraging extensive mechanic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.
• Assist field service technicians via phone, chat, or email.
• Participate in initial training in Saginaw, Michigan, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Valid driver's license.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work within specified shift hours (Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET).
