Job Overview

We are seeking experienced automotive technicians to support domestic OEM brands remotely. This role is ideal for veterans, transitioning military, and military spouses with a background in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service technicians via phone, chat, and email with vehicle repair issues.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.
• Participate in initial training in Saginaw, Michigan, then work from home in Florida.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Two ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain within six months).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Customer service experience.
