A career in our Specialized Tax Services practice within Corporate Tax services will help clients meet tax obligations and manage tax impacts on their business. You’ll advise on local and international tax affairs, act as a strategic business consultant, and help clients optimize cash savings through compliance and deductions.

As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team solving complex business issues, developing skills through feedback, and demonstrating critical thinking. You will lead technology-enabled tax advisory services, drive digitization and automation, analyze complex tax issues, mentor team members, and build client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading technology-enabled tax advisory services
• Driving digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements
• Analyzing complex tax issues and providing solutions
• Mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining high standards in tax deliverables
• Building and strengthening client relationships
• Developing a thorough understanding of the business context
• Inspiring and managing team members to deliver quality work

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Commitment to obtain relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, Member of State Bar, Enrolled Agent, etc.)

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of R&D tax issues
• Technical skills with research credit regulations and databases
• Active participation in client discussions
• Experience managing engagements and reviewing contracts
• Ability to analyze industry trends and innovate with technology
