Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse to join our acute care team.

The DPC RN provides patient-family centered care, uses evidence-based practice and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include RN license, BLS and ACLS, minimum 1 year ER/ICU or Cardiac Cath Lab experience; sign-on bonus up to $15,000; some BSN progress requirements apply.

Qualifications

• RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1 year acute ER, ICU, or Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Must be able to report within 30 minutes of call time.
• BSN required for certain lead roles; some RN hires have BSN progression requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based practices.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
