As a Teacher, you will:

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements, tailored to each child's needs; create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
  • Partner and communicate with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Support your center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
  • Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and effective multitasking abilities.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meeting NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
  • Meeting state-specific Pre-K guidelines.
  • Proficiency in using a computer, visual contact with children, and the ability to engage in physical activity with children.
  • Ability to assume low postures for physical and visual contact to ensure safety.
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively with children and parents.
