• Work with provider and leadership to improve patient experience through daily care and supporting projects.
• Prepare patient for visits by collecting baseline data, vitals, and documenting visit reasons.
• Set up exam rooms and assist clinicians with treatments and supplies.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families; document encounters accurately.
• May perform lab functions and draws as needed.
• Assist with ordering, maintaining, and monitoring office medications; triage calls.
