Job summary

Wildwood Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join ProMedica Central Physicians in Toledo, Ohio. You will prepare patients, collect vitals, assist clinicians, and coordinate care across service lines to support a high quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (OH)
• ACLS and BLS certification
• 1 year of relatable or equivalent experience
• BSN preferred
• EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare the patient for the visit by gathering baseline data, documenting reasons for the visit and obtaining vitals.
• Assist clinicians with treatments, dressings, and other tasks.
• Triage phone calls; coordinate care for patient with provider and other service lines/specialties.
• Relate to patients in a caring manner and document encounters clearly.
