The role emphasizes thorough review of outputs against industry standards, documentation of edge cases, and collaboration with project coordinators to propose practical AI improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience using generative AI apps and AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to identify incomplete or impractical workflow elements and provide clear feedback.

Role Overview

Apply your specialized industry knowledge to test AI powered workflows for professional software and business systems. Your real world input will help train and improve next generation AI systems across government contracting and federal acquisition, commodities and maritime operations, nonprofit and grant management, and education and EdTech operations. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and test AI driven workflows in your area of expertise, providing actionable feedback on usability and accuracy.
• Use large language models and AI agents to simulate real world professional scenarios and decision making.
• Review workflow outputs for correctness, completeness, and alignment with applicable industry standards and regulations, including FAR and DFARS for federal contracting.
• Document edge cases, workflow gaps, and unrealistic scenarios identified during platform interactions.
• Use advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Cowork, or similar tools to assess integrations with workplace applications.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators through clear written observations and suggestions.
• Recommend improvements to workflow logic and practical AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Substantial professional experience in one or more of these areas: government contracting and federal acquisition, commodities and maritime operations, nonprofit and grant management, or education and EdTech operations.
• Familiarity with relevant professional platforms, systems, regulatory frameworks, and sector specific tools.
• Experience with workplace applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Notion.
• Professional experience using generative AI applications, such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Code, or Claude Cowork.
• Ability to identify incomplete, incorrect, or impractical workflow elements and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Strong written communication skills and adaptability when experimenting with new AI powered tools and processes.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement. Compensation$30 to $80 per hour.
