You will identify repetitive tasks, create repeatable guidance for AI use, research topics with AI agents, and present actionable insights to stakeholders, focusing on operational efficiency.

This remote contractor role focuses on creating real-world workflows and feedback that make AI agents more effective in professional settings. Prior AI experience is not required, your professional domain knowledge is the priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine automated workflows that connect AI agents with workplace tools, including documents, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and data systems.
• Identify repetitive manual work and recommend AI-driven automation strategies that improve operational efficiency.
• Create clear, repeatable guidance for using AI in everyday professional tasks.
• Use AI agents to research topics, synthesize findings, and present actionable insights to project stakeholders.
• Analyze business operations, workflows, and information flows to identify productivity opportunities.
• Work with technical and non-technical participants to connect data sources and tools for end-to-end automation.

Qualifications

Work Terms

Remote independent-contractor engagement.

Compensation

$30 to $90 per hour.
