Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial loan lending, processing, and servicing experience is preferred.
• Desire to learn and understand finances in the field of Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed review of closing due diligence documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Engage and coordinate with necessary third parties such as attorneys and title agents.
• Facilitate assigned commercial loan closings to ensure all requirements are met.
• Review all due diligence documentation with legal teams to ensure enforceability.

Skills

Commercial loan lending experience

Collaboration and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of banking regulations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or paralegal certificate
