Summary Description
Performs specialized work to assist teachers in achieving educational objectives, working with individual students or small groups to reinforce skills, guide independent study, and maintain an organized learning environment. Requires an Associate’s degree or two years of college, or passing the ParaPro Assessment Test, with experience working with children preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required or must be obtained.
