Job summary

Envoy Real Estate seeks specialized Associates to join their divisional units (Retail, Office, Industrial, Multifamily, Land, Hospitality and Medical). We do not hire generalists: you will become a future specialist by mining market data, forging relationships, and sourcing high-value opportunities for your unit.

You’ll be embedded in a 7-person team with a Senior VP, a Property Analyst, and an Intern, and you’ll benefit from a structured mentorship and governance model that accelerates deal

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Real Estate Broker license (willing to obtain or in progress).
• Drive to become the undisputed expert in a specific asset class.
• Able to operate within a strict divisional structure and standardized workflows.

Responsibilities

• Mine market data and source high-value opportunities for the unit.
• Forge relationships and accelerate deal velocity within the division.
• Collaborate with senior mentors and analysts to execute investor-grade deals.
