EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Part-Time Specialized Advisor at Vacaville Premium to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the management team on the floor. The role focuses on motivating staff to exceed sales targets while upholding brand standards.

The position requires retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will assist with inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced environment.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The specialized advisor is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating superior sales behaviors and leadership on the floor, fostering a positive work environment, and executing processes and operational goals in accordance with company standards and policies. The main role is to assist floor staff in motivating the team to exceed sales targets. The sales manager position is considered a part‑time key holder. Everyone plays a crucial role, and the goal of a specialized advisor is to engage and inspire our customers to give their best by offering an uncompromised and unparalleled customer experience.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay Range: 16.90-24.56

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
