Job summary

Luxottica in Sacramento, CA is seeking a specialized advisor (part-time key holder) to support the management team by demonstrating superior sales behaviors, motivating the floor, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience aligned with brand standards.

As a brand ambassador, you will keep product knowledge current, assist with inventory and merchandising, and help open/close procedures to ensure smooth store operations. Compensation includes pay range 16.90–24.56 per hour, plus perks.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or warehouse.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by a member of the management team.

The main role is to assist floor staff in motivating the team to exceed sales targets. The sales manager position is considered a part‑time key holder. Everyone plays a crucial role, and the goal of a specialized advisor is to engage and inspire our customers to give their best by offering an uncompromised and unparalleled customer experience.

Pay Range: 16.90 - 24.56
