ETS in Williston, VT is seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team for the 1st shift in a full-time, in-person role. You will perform specialized cleaning tasks across residential and commercial properties, including dryer vent, air duct, mini split, and carpet cleaning, and maintain flooring through stripping and waxing.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of professional cleaning or maintenance experience, can lift 50+ lbs, and delivers strong customer service and clear communication.

• Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.

• Willingness to work off-hours, be on call, and handle overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
