• Ability to provide attentive one-on-one care while supporting multiple children.
• Patient, energetic, dependable, and comfortable engaging with children.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow routines and family guidelines.
• Strong commitment to children's safety, well-being, and development.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel with children as needed.
