Position Summary:

The Specialized Assembler - Painter is responsible for assembling and painting components to meet our high-quality standards.

Essential Functions:

Mix and match paint colors to achieve the required shade, consistency, and finish.
Troubleshoot any issues related to paint application and make necessary adjustments to equipment or techniques.
Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring smoothness, color consistency, and proper adhesion.
Paint the exterior of buses to achieve a high-quality finish.
Remove and reassemble components of OEM chassis for color changes.
Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Apply paint using various techniques and equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Assist in the training of junior team members.
Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and work area.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
