The Alamo Bar Crew are masters of mixology, delighting guests with craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beer (local and craft heavy), shakes, sodas, and other beverages ordered in the theater while prioritizing safety. They are excellent multi-taskers, capable of working in fast-paced environments with a keen eye for detail and quality.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy, including knowledge of all Alamo policies and procedures.
- Prepare guest drink tickets based on approved operational processes, focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Utilize tools such as jiggers, measures, spoons, shakers, and others required by Alamo bar protocols.
- Communicate needs, concerns, and important points with teammates and managers regularly.
- Clean, prep, organize, and maintain bar areas as needed.
- Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in high-volume food production preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort with wearing masks or face coverings.
- Ability to operate in dimly lit and sometimes loud environments.
- Active alcohol and food handler certifications as per state requirements.
- Being a cinephile is a plus!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Lift up to 50 lbs and transport kegs weighing up to 130 lbs.
- Stand for long periods.
- Operate in dimly lit, loud environments with caution.
