Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years or associate’s degree plus 2 years in healthcare, field sales, or related technical experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (approx. 80%).
• Physical capability to perform required duties including lifting up to 40 lbs and long periods of standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, including system checks, implants, troubleshooting, and CRM field training.
• Coordinate operational support: patient documentation, inventory, equipment resources, programmer software, and daily coverage logistics.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team on CRM products and solutions; support onboarding and development of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and field partners to understand customer needs and market dynamics; provide feedback to aid sales objectives.
• Identify customer opportunities, support purchase orders, monitor competitive trends, and relay actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Maintain current expertise on CRM products and therapies to support customers and clinical outcomes.
• Travel extensively within the territory to support clinics, hospitals, and meetings (approx. 80%).
• Perform physically demanding tasks and work in clinical environments with radiation exposure; adhere to safety protocols.
