Job summary

Pandora seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising - Standards and Communication in New York City. You will develop and maintain directives, planograms, and POSM to translate brand standards into stores, ensuring consistency across North America.

You will manage One Door planograms, coordinate showroom installations, and produce visual communication materials using InDesign and Photoshop, collaborating with field teams to support campaigns and seasonal launches.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Communications.
  • Knowledge of field-based Visual Merchandising.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written and visual.
  • Ability to translate global direction to localized business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Experience in a global organization is a plus.
  • Interest in visual merchandising, retail design, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite applications to develop, format, and maintain North America (NAM) Visual Merchandising directives, styling guides, and visual communication materials for stores.
  • Produce and adapt campaign, evergreen, and promotional point-of-sale materials (POSM), ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with visual merchandising strategies and business objectives.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of visual merchandising documents, templates, and asset libraries, enabling efficient execution and consistency across the store network.
  • Oversee the upload, maintenance, and accuracy of planograms and visual merchandising guidance within One Door, ensuring content is timely, actionable, and easy for stores to execute.
  • Coordinate showroom installations and product styling activities, contributing to visual reviews, presentation standards, and the successful execution of key meetings and seasonal launches.
  • Drive the communication and distribution of visual merchandising directives, updates, and executional guidance to the store network, ensuring clarity and consistency across all locations.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of layouts, artwork, and visual merchandising materials to uphold brand standards and ensure a high level of quality and accuracy.

About the Team:


Visual Merchandising at Pandora North America (NAM) is responsible for bringing the brand experience to life across the store network through clear, consistent, and impactful visual communication. As the VM specialist you will play a key support function within the team by helping develop and maintain merchandising directives, visual guides, planograms, and point-of-sale materials that enable stores to execute brand standards with confidence. Through strong attention to detail, creative production support, and effective communication, this position helps ensure visual merchandising strategies are accurately translated into store environments, driving consistency, efficiency, and an elevated customer experience across North America.

Your Role as a Specialist, Visual Merchandising - Standards and Communication
